Fun toast

Toast is literally staple food and can be eaten anytime of the day. However, it’s what you put on it that counts.

A great idea is to put a tahini spread such as Olympus super spread, which is biscuit and tahini. There are also other options to buy such as tahini with cocoa; depending on the country that you reside in.

Then once you spread your tahini lightly on the toast, you can add fresh fruit slices such as banana or strawberry.

It is a light breakfast to have and there is an equal balance to all the flavours that are combined together. It is great to accompany it with your tea or coffee.

Greek Yoghurt

Greek yoghurt is an excellent source of calcium, which is important for your diet. It also helps promote a healthy gut, due to the probiotics it has.

If you’re also into your fitness, then this is a great source of protein and can easily be eaten as a quick breakfast.

If you want something sweet but creamy like an airy mouse, then you can mix 2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt with 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread such as σοκοφρετα cream.

This depends on the country you live in and what chocolate spread is available.

You then add fresh fruit as a topping such a strawberries or banana, so you can have some vitamins that can help boost your immune system.

This is of course a pretty easy idea, but alot of people do underestimate the benefits of making a sandwich.

It doesn’t have to be the sad ham and cheese sandwich that doesn’t have alot of nutritional value; no, it can actually be something incredibly delicious to eat.

A great sandwich idea is fried egg with slices of avocado and cream cheese. Watch the yolk break; making it messy to eat, but it’s so worth it.
