Food review: Delisserie

This American style deli diner is famous for its salt beef and pastrami.

The décor of the restaurant has been designed to look exactly like a classic diner that would be set in New York. With black and white check tiles, large fishbowl sized light bulbs, classic framed illustrated posters and red leather sofa booths, you will feel like you are having a true traditional American dining experience, but in London.

There is a wide selection to choose from on the menu; from Sloppy Joe burgers, ribs, to their popular pastrami and hot beef deli sandwiches, you will be spoilt for choice! Why not try some authentic food and order their crispy potato latke? They are usually complimented with a variety of ingredients such as their delicious BBQ Beef Brisket or their classic combination of spinach and mushroom.

Delisserie also make delicious fresh, free range omelettes for breakfast and scrumptious Egg Benedict. If you fancy a sinful yet filling breakfast, then order their fluffy American style pancakes that are served with bacon, butter and maple syrup. Keep it classic and pair your evening meal with a ‘spiked milkshake’. Make it a dining experience to remember and get a taste of the cuisine in the Big Apple!
